Scope of Practice
Skye specializes in individual and couples therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, infidelity, life transitions, ADHD, panic attacks, and grief. Her approach integrates evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, ACT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy) with somatic, mindfulness, and energy-based practices if requested. Private pay allows for longer and more intensive sessions when deeper work is indicated—something insurance-based models do not typically support.
Skye also works with high-functioning individuals who have done therapy before and are ready for something deeper—clarity about purpose, meaning, and how they want to move through the world. If you sense that something fundamental is shifting in your life or your perception, and you want a therapist who can meet you there without reducing your experience to a diagnosis, this is the space for that work.
Skye specializes in working with clients who have had near-death experiences (NDEs) or spiritually transformative experiences (STEs) and are seeking safe, compassionate, and respectful therapy care that honors these experiences.
Confidentiality & Mandatory Reporting
What Is Confidential
Your therapy sessions and records are confidential under Minnesota law and HIPAA. Skye will not share information about you without your written consent, except as required by law.
Limits to Confidentiality
All therapists are required by Minnesota law to report suspected child abuse or neglect, suspected elder or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect, and instances where a client expresses intent to harm themselves or others. Additionally, therapists must comply with court orders and subpoenas. Skye practices in accordance with these mandated reporting requirements.
Skye may consult with other professionals about your care (supervision, consultation) without identifying you.
